I have a confession for you. I had never tasted a fresh apricot in my life before this recipe! Sure, I’ve had the dried apricots, but never the fresh ones…where have I been all my life 😉 As soon as I saw these little babies in the grocery store, I knew they’d be perfect for one of my Mason Jar Breakfasts. Apricot & Honey Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 Apricot (diced)
- Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Vanilla Granola
- Honey
Instructions
- Cut and dice Apricot
- Layer granola, yogurt, and diced apricot in a mason jar
- Drizzle honey on top
