I have a confession for you. I had never tasted a fresh apricot in my life before this recipe! Sure, I’ve had the dried apricots, but never the fresh ones…where have I been all my life 😉 As soon as I saw these little babies in the grocery store, I knew they’d be perfect for one of my Mason Jar Breakfasts.
