I was in the mood for something hearty and comforting this morning, so I threw together some of my favorite super foods and made a delicious Cinnamon & Honey Greek Yogurt parfait.
- Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Flax/ Chia Seeds
- ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp Honey
- Mix together yogurt, flax/chia seeds, cinnamon & honey in a bowl.
- Layer granola, almonds and yogurt mixture in a jar
- Top with almonds and honey
