Ever since I’ve been on this clean gut diet, I’ve been making myself smoothies every morning instead of the traditional yogurt and parfait concoctions. I made one this morning that I was absolutely in love with and just had to share it with you!

Ingredients:

  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1c Almond Milk
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful of spinach leaves
