Blueberry cheesecake yogurt parfait in a Mason jar

I’m eating this jar as I type this and oh boy it is soo good. If you have never mixed vanilla greek yogurt and cream cheese before, you are seriously missing out!

Today, I was craving something superfood-y yet sweet, which is why I went with blueberries and cinnamon, it really makes a great flavor combination!

yogurt parfait in a Mason jar ingredientsThe only thing I did different this time was crush my almonds super fine and add them to the greek yogurt & cream cheese mixture before putting it in the mason jar. Usually I would layer them, but I really wanted a nice fine crunch in my yogurt!

Ingredients
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Whipped Cream Cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Almonds
  • Cinnamon Granola
Instructions
  1. Whip cream cheese, vanilla greek yogurt and crushed almonds in a bowl. Add a layer of cinnamon granola to the mason jar and then add the yogurt mixture. Top with fresh blueberries, a dollop of the yogurt mixture and more cinnamon granola.
