Just when you think a breakfast-in-a-jar can’t get any healthier, I’ve got a superfood concoction for you! Let me tell you this one is super delicious, so don’t let the Flax-Chia Seed (what is that anyway) fool you! This recipe is straight up delicious and healthy for you!
Superfood She-Hero Breakfast-In-A-Jar Recipe
Ingredients
- Chobani Vanilla Yogurt
- Blueberries
- Raw Almonds
- Agave Syrup
- 1 TBSP Flax/Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Mix Yogurt and Chia seeds in bowl.
- Layer Blueberries, and almonds in bottom of jar.
- Add yogurt/chia seed blend
- Top with blueberries, almond
- Drizzle Agave Syrup on top.

I just looked at the Creamy Pumpkin Pie in a jar too and the measurements are not complete. Guessing they are all “cups”
