Coconut & Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding in a Mason Jar!
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • handful of blueberries
  • pinch of shredded coconut
  1. Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk and vanilla in the mason jar until full mixed. Cover the jar and let sit over night (3 hours minimum, but more than 6 hours is ideal)
  2. Top with coconut shreds and blueberries.
