Almond Butter Overnight Oatmeal
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flax/chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Pour oats and almond milk into half pint jar and let sit overnight
  2. Or, you can cook in the microwave for 1 minute in the morning
  3. Add almond butter, cinnamon and flax/chia seeds to oatmeal, mix until well blended
  4. Top with sliced bananas
