Now, I should first say, I try to use fresh ingredients whenever possible, however, I had some crushed pineapple a few weeks of expiration in my stockpile, so I needed to use it pretty quickly! Luckily I had some of my favorite Coconut Dannon Greek Yogurt in the fridge, so I whipped up this little ditty.
- Dannon Toasted Coconut Greek Yogurt
- Dole Crushed Pineapple
- Bear Naked Vanilla Granola
- 1 Tsp. Flax/Chia Seed
- Mix Tsp Flax/Chia Blend and the Dannon Yogurt.
- Layer pineapple, granola and yogurt in mason jar
