Ever since I’ve been on this clean gut diet, I’ve been making myself smoothies every morning instead of the traditional yogurt and parfait concoctions. I made one this morning that I was absolutely in love with and just had to share it with you!
- Handful of frozen blueberries
- 1c Almond Milk
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of spinach leaves
Blend all of these ingredients in the blender, and enjoy! The Vanilla Protein gives the blueberries a yummy Blueberry Cobbler taste!
